Introductie
Omschrijving van het project:
De klant wil een centrale dossierbeheerapplicatie, die momenteel geschreven is in VB6, herschrijven in C#.(back end) en Angular (front end).
De applicatie is gebouwd op een Oracle database en verzekert het administratief beheer van de procedures.. Deze Oracle database dient te worden gemigreerd naar Postgres of MS SQL server.
Het project kadert binnen het transversaal programma E-migration dat uit verschillende projecten bestaat die elk een deel van de globale asiel
- en migratieprocedure moeten digitaliseren rekening houdende met de algemene standaarden die binnen de E-migration architectuur werden vooropgesteld.
De huidige functionaliteiten van de applicatie kunnen behouden blijven. Een functioneel analysedocument is beschikbaar.
De applicatie verzekert dat beroepen worden ontvangen, geregistreerd en opgevolgd, dat het digitaal dossier compleet is en dat er gecommuniceerd wordt met de partijen.
Het verzenden en ontvangen van stukken kan zowel digitaal (via J-box) als via aangetekende zending. In 85% van de gevallen gebeurt dit digitaal.
Type brieven en documenten worden via de applicatie gegenereerd. De relevante meta-data van het desbetreffende dossier worden automatisch ingevuld, waarna de medewerker de mogelijkheid heeft om het document aan te passen in word.
Specifieke rol solution architect
Als solution architect werk je de vooropgestelde oplossing verder uit, rekening houdende met de migratie van de achterliggende database, de functionele vereisten en de architecturale standaarden binnen E-migration, zodat een ontwikkelaar er vervolgens mee aan de slag kan.
Je begeleidt de ontwikkeling van de applicatie, voornamelijk voor wat betreft de back end.
