Eager to contribute to this as well? **You will work #Forahealthierfuture** The Group Digital Communications Specialist has an important role in co-building the yearly communication plans and in the successful roll-out of these plans. In this role you engage our internal and external stakeholders with powerful, engaging, and informative content and through compelling stories. By doing so, you build further on employee engagement and position Greenyard as the partner of choice for its stakeholders. Your responsibilities will be: - Manage the Greenyard Group social media and online channels; - Co - build & maintain a (yearly) communications calendar and a monthly content calendar, working across the organisation (HQ, Divisions, Entities across the globe) to gain input from stakeholders and to prioritise communication throughout the year; - Determine the content of owned and social media topics, create posts, set-up social media guidelines and follow up the different actions throughout the group on our online channels; - Monitor and analyse the organisation's (e-)reputation on the different owned channels and recommend optimal intervention scenarios in order to protect the positive image and reputation of the organisation; - Evaluate the efficiency and impact of online content in order to ensure the quality and further improvement of the results; - Co-build and execute the internal and external communications strategy and planning; - Follow-up on the latest innovations in digital communications and communication formats to integrate them in the communications plan; - Analyse and report on communication activities, enabling continuous improvement; - Act as a project manager in the creation of the group reports (annual report, sustainability report, etc.). Set-up the content outline, manage the input provisioning by all the stakeholders, follow up collaboration with external partners in photography & copywriting, etc. - Manage and collaborate closely with (content) agencies; - Safeguard the brand guidelines in Greenyard’s online identity across its channels and entities, to foster consistent look and feel of communications.
