For our partner, green energy firm specialised in wind farms, we are currently looking for a Project Finance Officer in their office in Leuven.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform financial modelling, structuring, and scenario analysis for the projects.
- Manage existing financings and ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements for banks and shareholders.
- Prepare information memoranda and due diligence reports for new projects.
- Assist in negotiating and managing financing agreements and power purchase agreements.
- Oversee funding and treasury operations
**Required Profile**:
- Hold a Master's degree in Finance and/or Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project or corporate finance.
- Display a strong interest in renewable energy.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a sharp analytical mind.
- Proficient in complex Excel modelling, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
- Demonstrate a hands-on, responsible, and structured approach while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
- Work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
- Fluent in English and proficient in either Dutch or French.
