**Project Title**: Mainframe Developer (d/f/m)

**Location**: hybrid - Belgium

**The Opportunity****:
As a part of ADM practice, you will deliver technology solutions for our clients through best-in-class engineering practices. You will build better and deliver better products

**Your Key Result Areas**:

- Tasks
- Supporting the production incident management. Debugging the error and fixing the issue.
- Application programming in COBOL/PLI to enhance the existing feature and to develop the new features.
- Driving the business discussion to understand the business requirement and create the technical specification document from the same.
- Working in an Agile environment and able to add value in improving the productivity of the team.
- Should be able to think differently and identify the scope of continuous improvement.
- Expertise
- At least 4 years of experience in CICS or IMS, COBOL, PLI, DB2 & JCL Skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle: independently design, build and deploy major technical changes.
- At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Having good knowledge in Life, P&C & Annuity insurance domain.
- Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Nice to have Knowledge on Web service and mainframe utilities.
- Any certification in Insurance domain will be preferred.

- Qualifications
- Technical Skills: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DC, CICS, Mainframe Utilities.
- Domain Skills: Life Insurance.
- Analytical skill for documenting the system architecture.
- Experienced in MF migration project - Data Transfer, Reverse Engineering approach.
- Work education - studies
- B.Tech or equivalent - Graduate in Science or technology.
- Language skills
- English - Expert
