**Position Summary**:
As a Master Data Expert and Optimizer at Nestlé's Brussels office, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and optimizing master data processes. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and leading change initiatives within the master data team. Additionally, you will conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to enhance master data setups. Your expertise will be crucial in projects related to the master data lifecycle, product information, pricing, and packaging topics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a change agent within the master data team, proactively identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives.
- Seek to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in your work and for the benefit of the team by mastering various tools and techniques.
- Propose, participate in, and lead improvement initiatives and projects to enhance master data processes.
- Act as an ambassador for data quality with external sources, such as customers, third parties, and external organizations.
- Maintain relevant master data information for publication in GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network), following the latest GS1 standards.

This includes ensuring that product information is readily available for customers, delivered in a timely manner, and meets the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely management of pricing setups and packaging declarations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Business Administration, Information Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in data management and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Have affinity with Microsoft tools and software’s like Sharepoint, PowerApp and PowerBI.
- Bilingual French or Dutch and English is a must.
