Hiring Specialist

Some of the things that will be important along the journey, are:

- Advertising our open roles on various channels including our website, HR Platforms, job boards, professional social networks
- Setting up and maintaining contact with universities and schools to attract young graduates and trainees
- Participating in job fairs, campus recruitment events
- Working together with HR business partners on the onboarding
- Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire
- Promote our company as a great place to work and lead employer branding initiatives, being an Iptor ambassador on social media channels and HR platforms

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- You have already hands-on Recruitment experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Online and social media belongs to your everyday life like eating and drinking
- You have a strong sense for diversity and social responsibility
- You are culturally sensitive to the different countries you are operating across
- You provide a world class experience to all who show interest in any position
