Process & follow up day to day export document flow, en customs clearance
- Process & follow up inbound & outbound trucks
- Coordinate activities with the warehouse
- Report & follow up of paperwork irregularities to the origin stations for correction
- Data-entry in our customs IT system
- Providing flight alerts to the airline and destination
- you have a first experience in air freight or in handling or a degree in logistics
- you handle the administrative flow accurately and you take ownership
- you are fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset
- you are looking for a long term professional commitment
