**Job Description**:
Die professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste am Empfang ist zu jeder Zeit sehr wichtig - von der herzlichen Begrüßung beim Check-In bis zur Verabschiedung, sind Sie für die Frühaufsteher und Nachtschwärmer unter unseren Gästen da. Dabei kümmern Sie sich außerdem um:
- Erstellung der Tagesabschlüsse
- Kassenführung und -abrechnung
- Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen
- Frühstücksvorbereitung
**Qualifications**:
Ob als Hotelprofi oder im Quereinstieg - Sie passen zu uns Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle Außerdem zeichnen Sie aus:
- Ausbildung im Hotelfach bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
- Gastgeberqualitäten und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung
- Offenes, kommunikatives und sicheres Auftreten sowie eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch & Englisch
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen - Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam
