**Wat ga je doen?**:
Voor onze klant, regio Gent zoeken we momenteel een Project manager clinical voor een vaste functie.
Je bent de aanspreekpersoon voor de lopende projecten bij de klant (regio Antwerpen / Limburg) en het bedrijf.

Taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inspelen op de vraag van klanten, rekening houdend met het afgesproken contract en budget. Je garandeert een win-win voor organisatie en klant.
- Je geeft ondersteuning bij sales activiteiten zoals demonstraties bij klanten
- Je zorgt voor een grondige voorbereiding om van daaruit een efficiënt projectmanagement te garanderen (timing, resources, budget, enz.)
- Past een overeengekomen projectmethodologie toe, gebaseerd op bijv. PRINCE2-principes
- Je volgt het project op van A tot Z en voorziet de klanten op frequente basis van een update.
- Je maakt een projectplan, met de taakverdeling en de benodigde resources voor elke afzonderlijke taak, zowel intern als voor de bijdrage van de klant
- Je overlegt de planning met de project engineers en verdeelt de taken/projecten.
- Je onderhoudt een goede klantenrelatie
- Je houdt de klant op de hoogte over het verloop van het project.
- Je zorgt voor een effectieve overdracht aan het supportteam na voltooiing van het project, met alle benodigde informatie om hen in staat te stellen adequate ondersteuning te bieden.
- Je draagt verbeterpunten aan voor producten en diensten om de levertijd en kwaliteit te verbeteren
- Je draagt bij aan de teamspirit binnen het bedrijf en promoot actief een klantgerichte aanpak

**Wie zoeken wij voor Project manager clinical?**:

- Je hebt een diploma Bachelor of Master diploma biochemie, biomedische, farma, FBT, MLT,.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagementfunctie
- Je hebt een gedegen achtergrond in de wereld van klinische laboratoria
- Kennis van datasystemen LIMS, LIS,.. is een plus
- Je hebt ervaring of interesse in besturingssystemen, netwerken, virtualisatie
- Je bent communicatief (mondeling en schriftelijk) en hebt ervaring in klantgericht werken
- Je neemt initiatief, neemt actie wanneer nodig, werkt proactief.
- Je werkt oplossingsgericht
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus
