Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
- Als medewerker Supply Chain ben je voor volgende zaken verantwoordelijk:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de levering van de goederen gebeurt binnen de termijn die door de leverancier is bevestigd (bepaald door de offerte of onderhandeld in een raamovereenkomst)
- Je neemt contact op met de leveranciers in geval van laattijdige levering of om een levertijd te verkorten in geval van dringende noodzaak.
- Je onderhandelt over een kortere termijn en grijpt proactief in bij onvoorziene of dringende noden.
- Je houdt de verzamelde informatie bij in SAP om de verwachte leveringen aan onze werkplaatsen mee te delen.
- Je beheert bestellingen met late levering.
- Je houdt KPI's, mededelingen en openstaande bestellijsten bij die in Excel moeten worden verwerkt (prioriteit per leverancier, werkplaats, enz.)

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in logistiek management, office management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

**Technische vaardigheden**
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Ervaring in het supply chain domein is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring in logistiek is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van het SAP-systeem.
- Goede technische vaardigheden (MS Office: Excel, Access...).
- Affiniteit met een technische productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
