You manage the backlog with the right priorities, clarify any grey areas, and bridge the gap between strategic **vision and on-the-ground reality.**
Your mission: to **unite**, make **decisions**, and **drive forward**meaningful digital products.
**Role**:
**Product Team Leadership**
Unite and grow a cross-functional team
Set clear goals for each sprint
Promote Agile and Scrum best practices
**Product Excellence & Delivery**
Write clear and compelling user stories
Prioritize and align the backlog with the product roadmap
Ensure the quality of deliverables with QA teams
Validate features before final delivery
**Collaboration & Communication**
Engage stakeholders and manage their expectations
Prepare and lead agile rituals with impact
Clarify needs and incorporate user feedback
**Profile**:
You have **3 to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner**
You have a **background in IT, business, or equivalent** professional experience
You are **proficient with modeling tools** and know how to translate business needs into technical requirements
You are fluent in French or Dutch, as well as English
