**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Je maakt deel uit van het Customer Care Team. Je werkt nauw samen met je directe collega’s, het opstartteam en het magazijn en rapporteert aan de Teamcoördinator van Customer Care.

Als Z**orgcoördinator Customer Care** heb je een breed takenpakket:

- Je werkt op de klantendienst en bent het aanspreekpunt voor patiënten.
- **Contact** met de **patiënten** verlopen zowel **telefonisch** als per **mail**.
- Je staat in voor het opnemen van **bestellingen** van** medische voeding** en** medische materialen** en het beantwoorden van vragen betreffende de levering.
- Je volgt de **patiëntendossiers** mee op en biedt oplossingen bij klachten.
- Je volgt het volledige traject van de bestelling voor de klant. Ook bij wijzigingen of stopzetting zorg je voor het volledige traject van deze retours en naderhand ook de controle of deze effectief werd uitgevoerd.
- Naast het contact met patiënten, heb je ook **contact** met **zorgverleners** en **ziekenhuizen**. In geval van transportproblemen ben je ook de contactpersoon voor de verschillende transportfirma’s.
- Je verzorgt de registratie van **klantengegevens** in het ERP-systeem zodat we altijd up-to-date zijn met de huidige situatie.
- Wanneer er algemene vragen komen, schat je in voor welke afdeling of persoon dit is en geef je dit op een correcte wijze door.
- Je werkt actief mee aan de verbetering van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening door creatief mee te denken.

**Wat zoeken we?**:
De gezochte Z**orgcoördinator Customer Care**:

- Bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma, dit hoeft niet in een verpleegkundige richting - maar is natuurlijk wel een meerwaarde.
- Pit, gedrevenheid en correcte assertiviteit zijn jou niet vreemd.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands en Frans**.
- Je beschikt over voldoende computerkennis en bent **administratief** onderlegd.
- Kennis van SAP is een mooie troef.
- **Klant
- en servicegericht** zijn is voor jou een vanzelfsprekendheid.
- Je kan je voldoende empathisch opstellen t.o.v. patiënten.
- Je mag gerust al een rugzakje levenswijsheid hebben.
