**E-commerce Manager (full-time)**

**Functie**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten van alle digitale verkoopkanalen en bijgevolg ook voor de optimalisatie van de klantenervaring via deze online verkoopkanalen.
- Je stelt een strategisch online plan voor, je bepaalt de budgetten per seizoen en per kanaal en volgt ze op.
- Om je doelstellingen te bereiken, maak je gebruik van alle online communicatie middelen: aldus stuur je online mailings, SoMe en stuur je communicatie acties aan en zet je waar nodig advertentie budget in.
- Je initieert en stuurt e-commerce en omnichannel verbeterprocessen aan en je werkt aan een constante optimalisatie van alle digital touchpoints.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle huidige en toekomstige digitale platformen/marketplaces. Channel management, key account management en stockbeheer voor deze online verkoopkanalen vallen dus onder jouw bevoegdheid.
- Daarnaast wordt er van jou een terugkerende rapportering van de online verkoop, maar ook van de resultaten per online verkoopkanaal verwacht. Relevante KPI’s, learnings en best practices kunnen ons helpen om verbeterpunten aan de webshop en/of andere online platformen te realiseren.

**Profiel**
- Ervaring met actief e-commerce management van verschillende online verkoopkanalen (minimum 5 jaar).
- Ervaring met commercieel gebruik van alle online communicatie middelen: mailings, SoMe, webshop,...
- Actieve kennis en gebruik van Google Analytics en andere digital rapporteringtools voor vaste rapportage en/of ad hoc toetsing van resultaten en voor meer/beter zicht op de customer journey en de verbeterpunten van alle digital touchpoints.
- Ervaring met key account management en stockbeheer.
- Kennis van HTML, CSS, CMS,... en kennis van Adobe InDesign, Photoshop en Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud) zijn een pluspunt.
- Je werkt proactief en zelfstandig maar blijft een teamspeler.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en denkt mee na over optimalisaties.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en communicatief.
- Je bent punctueel en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent flexibel en slaagt erin om deadlines te halen door middel van gestructureerd werk.
- Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor elke externe communicatie en behoudt te allen tijde overzicht, zodat je kan ingrijpen wanneer nodig.
- Je hebt gevoel voor humor en een passie voor fashion.
