**MISSION**:
To support the business of our affiliates, we are actively looking for an **_IT Infrastructure Project Manager_** responsible for designing and implementing information systems to meet the business goals. Technical ability is only one aspect of the internal infrastructure role. Creative thinking, project management and research also play a key part in the sourcing and design of new solutions which are fit for business purpose.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As
**_IT Infrastructure Project Manager_** you will:

- collaborate with the business to capture, clarify and translate the business needs
- Recommend and document solutions and alternatives considering the landscape readiness, the urgency and the vision
- Demonstrate your ability to influence stakeholders, articulating the solution and underlying concepts to technical and non-technical audience and decision-makers
- Plan the execution, estimate the costs and understand the potential technical barriers and risks
- Plan and lead technical project assignments
- Follow up technology trends and their impact on the different business domains and share knowledge
- Contribute to:

- To build the architecture guidelines and methods and standards
- Shape the target IT landscape and transformation strategy
- Provide advice and expertise to, and elaborate proposals and designs

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Master or Engineering degree in information technology or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar function;
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and analyzing the impact
- Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills
- Leadership and autonomy: able to pull a project towards good realization, lead workshops and take ownership
- Good Communication and negotiation skills: able to adapt communication jargon and storyline to the audience (business, affiliates, scientists, management...) and bring the different parties to a common land
- Methodic and analytical
- Demonstrated experience in solutions integration and integration technologies
- Knowledge or affinity with server technology, networks and Firewalls, Storage, Virtualization, cloud solutions (Azure), Data platform (Synapse, PowerBI), S4Hana
- Knowledge or strong affinity with Cybersecurity (Office and industrial environments)
- Knowledge of Pharma IS like LIMS, MES, EBR, - strong plus
- Experience with regulated environments (GxP, CSV, SoX) - in a strong plus
