**Your job**:
- You will be the first point of contact for colleagues who have IT problems, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- You will monitor the company's IT systems to ensure they are running optimally, and you will intervene in case of problems.
- You will work on developing solutions for bugs, issues, and other IT-related problems that arise.
- You will manage the entire client park of IC insurance, which involves configuring backup systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and implementing upgrades and updates.
- You will create technical documentation, procedures, and manuals to help colleagues use the company's IT systems.
- You will propose new ideas and innovations to improve the company's IT offering, and you will participate in cross-group projects to help improve the IT infrastructure.
**Your profile**:
- Independent, proactive, and a real team player.
- Knowledgeable in Windows-based operating systems, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Vmware, Meraki, and Nimble.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud and/or AWS cloud is a plus.
