Klantendienstmedewerker/first Line IT Helpdesk

Als klantendienstmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten voor hun technische vragen (IT).
Je ondersteunt de vele geranten en retailers die samenwerken met AMP die pers en dagbladen verkopen in hun winkelpunt. Je helpt hun bij al hun technische vragen betreffende onze systemen en applicaties ter ondersteuning van onze processen van a tot z (IT toepassingen)
Je gaat steeds op zoek naar een first-time-right professioneel antwoord
Je beantwoordt de vragen zowel per telefoon (40%) alsook per mail (60%)
Je beheert de vragen via een Ticketingsysteem
Uw profiel
Ervaring als call agent en/of ook administratieve ervaring is een troef
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, kennis van het Frans is een plus
Je blijft rustig en behoudt het overzicht als het drukker wordt
Je bent leergierig om onze technische systemen, applicaties, configuraties en logistieke processen goed te begrijpen, waarbij begrippen zoals router, APN, SSID en Teamviewer je niet vreemd zijn (kennis van SAP is zeker een plus)
Ons aanbod
Een boeiende afwisselende job op onze hoofdzetel te Anderlecht
Een voltijds bediende contract van 37u/week (eerst via interim, nadien vast contract)
Een afwisselend uurrooster (7u-14u54 of 8u-15u54 of 8u36-16u30) en betaalde ochtend
- en weekendpermanentie (op basis van een beurtrol)
Jouw inzet wordt beloond met een salarispakket volgens paritair comité 200 en andere extralegale voordelen zoals ecocheques, maaltijdcheques en openbaar vervoer volledig terugbetaald
Na een opleidingsperiode is telewerk mogelijk met een maximum van 3 telewerkdagen per week
