As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)+ 450 employeesover 20% growth each yearAs Senior IT Helpdesk Officer, you will be responsible of the following tasks:Provide 1st & 2nd line support by telephone, mail or in personActive filtering, handling, coordination and follow-up of IT service requestsProvide user assistance in a broad sense including tablets, Smartphone's, ... via all our communication means like phone, mail, IT corner, etc.Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents that affect the end-usersEnsure Workstation Assets ManagementBe able to master, set up and configure workstationsPrepare accurate and timely support documentation where requiredActive contribution in Workplace related projectsCoordinate technical assistance to resolve operational issues provided by internal and external service providersLiaise with external suppliers to ensure delivery to agreed standards and timescalesAdvise on workplace & mobile architecture in a broad sense (conceptual)Be a driver in innovation & improvement projectsProfileBachelor/Master's degree or relevant experienceExcellent level of French AND EnglishAt least 5 years of experience within a similar roleProficient working knowledge of Active Directory, Mac OS, Office 365, PowerShell, SCCM and Windows 10 Attention to detail and a good communicationWorking for NexeoA very attractive salary packageInteresting career opportunitiesAmbitious goals are encouragedA lot of funIf you're motivated, flexible, open minded and ready to be a Nexeo Consultant this function of Senior IT Helpdesk Officer is made for you@IT @Consultant @Freelance @Helpdesk @IT Support @Active Directory @SCCM @ITIL
