Dit bedrijf is een expert in softwaredesign en zorgt voor de optimale bescherming van persoonlijke gegevens van Belgische burgers, evenals van verschillende Europese en internationale landen.

Role
Beheer en optimalisatie van de helpdeskprocessen (kennisdatabase, incidenttemplates, bedrijfsregels).
**Eerstelijnsondersteuning**: installatie, configuratie en beveiliging van IT-apparatuur.
Beheer van hardware, software en IT-assets (aankoop, inventaris, onderhoud, beveiliging).
Opvolging van IT-supporttickets, zowel on-site als op afstand.
Implementatie van beveiligingsmaatregelen (MFA, BitLocker, GPO's, updates).
Profile
Bachelor's degree of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in IT-support.
Proactieve houding op het gebied van cybersecurity.
Goede kennis van hardware en probleemoplossend vermogen.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en mondeling).
Kennis van Microsoft (Windows, Office 365) en servervirtualisatie.
Ervaring met ITIL-methodologie.
