Our beautiful NH Collection Antwerp Centre is looking for a Front Office Manager to complete their team. In this role you will report to the General Manager and ensure that every guest will have an Extraordinary stay at our hotel. You will develop and assist the Front Office Team in their day to day activities and ensure that achieve the goals set for the hotel.
- Tasks and the most important responsibilities:

- Determinate the workforce, recruit and hire new employees, ensuring adequate introduction, making evaluations.
- Coordinate/settle the execution of work at the Front Office.
- Monitor the performance of work (progress, quality), make adjustments in case of anomalies.
- Ensure the proper communication with guests, effective use and management of premises, inventory, equipment and facilities.
- Handling guest complaints according to our NH Company Policy
- Developing ideas and stimulate suggestions of employees regarding special activities and packages; discuss the proposals together with the Hotel Director and/or Sales Manager & Revenue Manager.
- Monitor the efficiency/productivity and the departmental return.
- Responsible for an efficient planning of working schedules and post these schedules on time
- Organize team meetings and discussions related to the work if necessary. These meetings have a fixed agenda: figures and budget, quality of service and work conditions.
- Motivate, encourage, guide and train the staff and the trainees.

**Who are you?**

You are energetic, spontaneous and you have several years of experience at the Front Office. Experience as Assistant FO Manager or Shiftleader at the Front Office is a requirement. You are guest-oriented, you see every situation as an opportunity and you have excellent administrative skills. You master the Dutch and English language perfectly, get energy from managing a team and you are flexible in terms of working hours.
