In detail

Binnen het departement Compliance, dat toezicht houdt op de invoering van de interne controle van de groep, versterk je het team Market Transactions & Integrity.
- Je garandeert de toepassing van de essentiële regels inzake marktintegriteit en bankwetgeving binnen de bank en de groep BNP Paribas.
- Tijdens vergaderingen over je expertisedomeinen vertegenwoordig je Compliance zowel voor BNP Paribas Fortis als voor de groep BNP Paribas.
- Je adviseert de Business en de Functies over deze thema's.
- Je voert occasioneel taken uit die verband houden met het toezicht op ongebruikelijke of verdachte verrichtingen.

Jouw talenten en vaardigheden

Om deze functie te kunnen uitvoeren en erin te groeien, is het belangrijk dat je over de volgende vaardigheden en kwaliteiten beschikt:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in financiën, economie of rechten (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
- Je werkt al minstens vijf jaar in de banksector (idealiter tien jaar). Kennis van de activiteiten van CIB/Global Markets en van de financiële markten is een troef.
- Je communicatieve, constructieve, flexibele en gestructureerde houding zorgt ervoor dat je zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig kunt werken.
- Je hebt een kritische geest en een sterk organisatie-, analyse
- en synthesevermogen. Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en deadlines respecteren.
- Je spreekt en schrijft Engels, en je communiceert vlot en correct in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je beheerst de courante Microsoft Office-programma's (Excel, Word, PowerPoint enz.).
