**Supply Chain Transformation Leader - Peroxides (F/M/X)**

Solvay's Global Business Unit (GBU) Peroxides, plays an essential role in creating some of the objects we use in our everyday lives ౼ from the mattress you sleep on at night, to the car seat that travels with you on every journey, to the four walls that insulate and protect your home. Solvay works closely with the biggest players in the chemical industry to supply the H2O2 necessary to sustainably, safely and efficiently develop products. We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Transformation Leader, based in EMEA or APAC regions.
**About the role**:
Reporting to the Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Director, your mission is to drive and coordinate transformation projects for all of our Supply Chain activities. Main support to operational teams in the regions, you contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain processes and tools. Within a Global team based in the EMEA or APAC region, you define and share best practices while leading transformation projects in each region of the world.
You will be accountable for:

- Formalize and improve the main Supply Chain processes by relying on market standards (SCOR, APICS, etc.) in compliance with Group standards, priorities and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, referring to an active benchmark inside and outside the Group
- Lead and boost Supply Chain improvement and transformation projects
- Ensure and improve the integrity and efficiency of planning and execution models and tools
- Build and manage relationships with external service providers
- Lead & implement Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) & Transformation projects in GBU

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
**About you**:

- Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain transformation
- Participated in and/or led multiple transformation projects in a multi-products and multi-sites environment
- Chemical industry experience preferred
- This individual requires a keen ability to analyze complex situations then innovate, create and align with cross functional teams to implement simple solutions aligned with objectives set by the Director
- Experience in multi transportation mode & import & export is preferable
- People Management Skills & Team Lead experience
- Project Leading skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a multicultural environment

**About the pay and benefits**:

- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Belgium base pay reasonably expected for this role is EUR 106,880.00 to 148,500.00, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience and will vary by location. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
