Help us make mobility more sustainable and become part of the team Let's #changemobilityforgood **POSITION: Operation Manager (M/F/d)**: **Contrat Permanent - Temps plein**: **TON RÔLE ET IMPACT CHEZ TIER** - Tu gères et coordonnes une équipe de shift managers et t'assures que les KPI sont atteints afin d'améliorer l'efficacité des opérations. - Responsable de la planification des équipes, tu assures l'affectation des ressources (besoin de recrutement, formation ). - Tu maintiens la liaison avec l'équipe de maintenance pour garantir le renouvellement du parc de véhicules endommagés conformément aux objectifs. - Tu suis les stocks afin d'en assurer la disponibilité (ex: batteries, scooters). - Tu es garant de la mise en place des bonnes pratiques dans l'équipe. - En tant que parti prenant, tu participes activement au maintien des bonnes relations entre les clients, la ville, les employés et la direction. - Tu participes également au recrutement de ton équipe en accord avec ton manager. **LA PERSONNE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS** - Tu as +3ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe opérationnelle ou similaire dans le secteur des transports et/ou logistique. - Tu maîtrise l'anglais courant - Tu es pragmatique et possède de solides compétences en matière de communication et de gestion des personnes. - Tu as une bonne capacité d'organisation et de gestion du temps, te permettant d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois en établissant des priorités. - Tu es autonome et n'es pas effrayé par les challenges. - Ta familiarité avec les outils de Lean Management est un atout. **NOUS REJOINDRE SIGNIFIE AUSSI** - Notre succès est également le tien.
