**Inleiding**:
Voor onze klant gevestigd in Diegem zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Consultant Compensation and Benefits.
Ben jij geïnteresseerd in hoe een nieuw loonbeleid, binnen organisaties ingericht dient te worden ter ondersteuning van hun strategische doelstellingen en medewerkers te motiveren? Hou je van het organiseren van Comp & Ben-projecten samen met je projectteam en de klant? Beschik jij over het enthousiasme, de eigenheid en de wil om een top projectleider
- en sales-expert op dit gebied te worden? Wil jij daarbij samenwerken met toonaangevende experts en organisaties/bedrijven? Dan is deze vacature wellicht iets voor jou
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Complexe beloningsvraagstukken technisch doorgronden
- Samen met de klanten uittekenen en implementeren van vernieuwende beloningsstrategieën en dit alles compact en gericht kunnen presenteren.
- Vanuit je ervaring, kennis en netwerk, Comp & Ben projecten verkopen (van contact tot afsluiten contract)
- Samen met je projectteam of alleen (hands on) breng je, soms erg gevoelige, projecten tot een goed einde
**Jouw profiel**:
- Minsten 5 jaar ervaring binnen het vak van organisatieadviseur
- Een Master diploma, liefst financieel of bedrijfskundig van aard, maar met een duidelijke affiniteit voor compensation and benefits project management
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goed niveau van het Frans en het Engels
- Verder ken je alle ins en outs naar loonsamenstelling en bijbehorende (wettelijke, sectorale, ) regelgevingen.
- Een gevoel en passie voor cijfers, een sterk abstraherend en conceptualiserend vermogen
- Je bent verder bovengemiddeld gemotiveerd, maatschappelijk betrokken en organisatorisch sensitief.
- Het is van belang dat je heel autonoom kunt werken, een synthetische blik hebt en goed kunt structuren en sturen.
- Verder ben je sociaal vaardig, ondernemend en heb je de drive om bij te leren en jezelf continu te verbeteren.
