**Digital Solution Sales Manager (F/H)**
**Location**
Home Based, but expected to travel across the Group as workload dictates
**Role**
Promote and sell SaaS digital software platform’s developed by Flowbird to clients in the Smart City market segment, which will mainly comprise of Local Authorities, Parking Operators, NHS Trusts etc.
**Responsibilities**
- Promote Flowbird digital solutions, in order to obtain orders that meet or exceed the established annual order and revenue budget
- Visit existing clients regularly and promote and sell the digital services, to potential clients, in the most cost-effective way and with a maximum coverage of the geographical area responsible for.
- Be responsible for commercial matters, such as; preparing proposals, negotiating and revising supply contracts, compile and collate responses to Public and Private Tenders. Ensure that procedures are met, in particular regarding Tenders, with Marketing, Legal Department and Accounts Department
- Complete and submit order specifications and agree deliveries etc. with Sales Administration in conjunction with the Sales Support team.
- Assist the Business Development Executive and Regional Sales Managers on customer visits and follow up on customer introductions developed, as instructed by Key Account and Senior Sales Manager.
- Work with the After Sales Service team to ensure software and further requirements are known and organised effectively, to ensure deadlines are realistic and met.
- Assist exceptionally in facilitating the on time payment, from Customers.
- Obtain and communicate to, the Key Account and Senior Sales Manager and the Marketing Department, information related to the markets, the political and economical status for the area, the client's product requirements, the competitor product range and their marketing and Sales activity in the area.
- Keep up to date “Salesforce” (the Company’s forecasting and opportunity monitoring software tool).
- Make a monthly report each calendar month in accordance with the standards and format given by the Key Account and Senior Sales Manager.
Participate
- Create and keep up-dated sales presentations, which are adapted to the requirements of each client’s business and market conditions.
- Actively contribute to improve the quality of both products and services by working in accordance with internal and external quality standards.
- Contribute to interdepartmental communication in order to improve client's awareness and the creation of a team spirit within and outside own work responsibility.
- Contribute to a service minded and client oriented approach and promptly respond to external and internal correspondence with the service of the client in focus.
- Ensure that Company vehicle is road worthy and maintained as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
**Experience**:
Proven experience in B2B software sales in a similar industry, with emphasis on SaaS sales.
Core skills:
Driven to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Tech Savvy with good IT skills - Microsoft Office & GSuite
High standard of written English
Good numeracy skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and working to tight deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Salary**: From €45,000.00 per year
