**Who are we looking for?**

As a Marketing Manager, you are primarily responsible for analyzing the market and creating, propagating and executing the marketing strategy, with a focus on digital visibility. You monitor the commercial goals of the organization.
- Follows the developments and trends in the market in the offline and online field in order to be able to respond quickly to (future) changes;
- Determines marketing strategy based on market analysis, including developing new products and entering new markets;
- Draws up marketing plans including market segmentation based on the internal analysis (strengths and weaknesses) and an external analysis (opportunities and threats) and presents this internally;
- Positions the products/services based on market knowledge and consumer needs;
- Devises and organizes omnichannel campaigns. Translates the results into concrete action plans;
- Maps out the needs of the customer / dealers by means of conducting (market) research;
- Ensures the measurability of marketing activities;
- Define and follow-up the marketing budget;
- Manages the team and organizes an efficient working climate;
- Ensures the implementation of a qualitative and quantitative good personnel policy, realizes the desired development of employees and disseminates the organizational culture.

Our client is an independent distributor of motorcycles and scooters with operations in several European countries. Today, the company is the reference in Europe for motorized two-wheelers. Since 1980, they have expanded our scope to France, Switzerland, Portugal and the Netherlands, where they are still active today. Because of the diversified brand portfolio, our client covers just about all major motorcycle and scooter segments. Their approach is one of confidence and experience; trust between them and the manufacturers that they represent and experience towards their end customer.

For this client, we are looking for a marketing manager two-wheels.

- You have an outspoken track-record in Marketing and a first experience in managing a small team;
- You are strategically minded and can also make budget important decisions;
- You are a teamplayer and work closely and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders;
- Language skills: Dutch, French and English.
