Description
Our Artist Team is responsible for the full A-Z process of artist bookings for all Tomorrowland-related events: from the Tomorrowland festivals to one-off shows, CORE events, and more.
Due to the continued growth of our events, the Artist Team is expanding to include a new Artist Talent Buyer.
Based in the heart of Antwerp, you’ll contribute to the line-up of some of the world’s most influential music concepts. A unique opportunity to creatively contribute to the programming of leading events.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Curating line-ups and booking electronic music artists for international Tomorrowland events
- Responding to talent booking briefs and creating shortlists of on-brief and on-budget talent
- Responsible for outreach, relationship management, contracting, internal paperwork, and the initial stages of advancing
- Managing the Tomorrowland CRM and project management software related to talent bookings and the events they’re booked for
- Organizing all logistics related to a booking and following up on advancing before, during, and after the event/festival
**MUST-HAVES**
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar talent booking role
- Experience in the events, nightlife, or festival industry, preferably for a venue or event brand focused on electronic artists
- A good sense of music and cultural trends within youth culture
- Strong existing contacts within the talent booking scene and booking experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eye for detail and quality
- Highly organized and not afraid to think outside the box
- Good knowledge of English
- Responsible, independent, discreet, and diplomatic
- Stress resistance is essential. You’re willing to shift gears in the lead-up to the festival and can juggle multiple tasks. Deadlines don’t scare you - for a few months each year, this is anything but a 9-to-5 job
