Our Artist Team is responsible for the full A-Z process of artist bookings for all Tomorrowland-related events: from the Tomorrowland festivals to one-off shows, CORE events, and more.
Due to the continuous growth of our events, the Artist Team is expanding with a new Experienced Artist Talent Buyer.
From our office in the heart of Antwerp, you’ll help shape the line-up of some of the world’s most influential music concepts. A unique opportunity to creatively contribute to the programming of leading events.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Curating line-ups and booking electronic music artists for international Tomorrowland events
- Responding to talent booking requests and proposing suitable artists in terms of content and budget
- Responsible for artist outreach, relationship management, and contract negotiations with artists and agencies
- Managing the CRM system and project management tools related to artist bookings
- Organizing and following up on all logístical aspects of a booking, including the initial steps of advancing
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal teams (production, hospitality, travel, legal) regarding booked artists
- Identifying new booking opportunities and providing strategic advice on line-up composition
- Ensuring accurate administrative follow-up of bookings, including contracts, riders, and invoicing
**MUST-HAVES**
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar talent booking role
- Experience in the event, nightlife, or festival industry, preferably for a venue or event brand focused on electronic artists
- Strong understanding of Gen Z and their listening behavior
- Awareness of music and cultural trends within youth culture
- Well-established contacts in the talent booking scene and extensive booking experience
- Experience with tools like Monday, Smartsheet, Teams, or Beatswitch is a plus
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Highly organized and open to out-of-the-box thinking
- Good command of English
- Responsible, independent, discreet, and diplomatic
- Able to handle stress — you’re ready to shift gears in the lead-up to the festival and manage multiple tasks at once. Deadlines don’t scare you — for a few months a year, this is anything but a 9-to-5 job
