Customer E-learning Manager

Traxxeo is looking for a high velocity E-learning manager to help us grow revenue. We are on high growth pace this year and need motivated and determined professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years professional experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.
Tasks
- Your goal is to define and implement a learning strategy for Traxxeo users and customer support employees.
- You will develop and maintain TRAXXEO knowledge base including a product FAQ, user documentation, e-training courses.
- You will work also in cooperation with Traxxeo support center employees to identify learning needs for our customers.
- You will use a LMS and modern authoring tools to develop high quality materials : video, interactive lessons, self-paced training track, tutorials.
- You launch initiatives to continuously improve the learning experience of our customers, and put processes in place to maintain and extend our learning offerings efficiently.
- You manage translations of our learning materials.
- Thanks to an innovative training solution, customers will enjoy learning more about our solutions. There are several objectives behind:
- improve the impact of Traxxeo product on customers
- improve quality of service
- up-sell
**Requirements**:
- Master degree with a professional background in software training and e-learning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of eLearning authoring and management tools:
\-Wordpress,
\-LearnDash,
\-Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate.
- Hands-on and can-do
- Project management skills, strong listener
- General knowledge in ICT
- Background in the construction industry is a plus
