**De uitdagingen**:
- Green & Durable Group is binnen België en Nederland een voortrekker binnen de duurzame energiesector. Zowel met onze bedrijven in de groothandel in solar en storage systemen, als met onze verschillende installatiebedrijven van energiebesparende systemen, stuwen we onze klanten resoluut naar een duurzamere en groenere toekomst. We leggen de focus op innovatie en groei en willen daarbij een optimale service bieden aan onze klanten.
- Binnen Green & Durable Group installeren wij jaarlijks meer dan 20.000 pv-systemen in Nederland en België. De geconsolideerde omzet bedraagt momenteel +300 miljoen euro en het is onze ambitie om de komende jaren tot een pan-Europese speler uit te groeien met een omzet van 500 miljoen euro.
- Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een General Manager België. Wil jij zowel de commerciële, de operationele als de financiële aansturing van onze installaties in België (4 locaties in Vlaanderen en Wallonië en Brussel) op je nemen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou
- Wat ga je doen?
- Als General Manager België ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van onze installatietak, die bestaat uit drie Business Units: B2C, B2B en plaatsingen;
- Je hebt een goed zicht op de markt en de behoeften van onze klanten en je onderneemt initiatieven om onze positie te versterken;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de CEO van de G&D Group om de strategie te bepalen en de doelstellingen voor de verschillende BU’s te vertalen naar concrete acties voor je team;
- Je zorgt voor een optimale werking van de processen en stelt verbeteringen voor waar nodig;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van het budget en zorgt voor een goede sturing en opvolging van zowel operationele, financiële en commerciële KPI’s;
- Je bent planmatig en zorgt voor een goede communicatie binnen je organisatie.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische richting (TEW, handelsingenieur) op zak en bewezen ervaring in een gelijkaardige leidinggevende functie;
- Je hebt een commerciële mindset en een klantgerichte houding;
- Je bent een sterke communicator en een inspirerende leider;
- Je bent een peoplemanager die zijn team weet te enthousiasmeren;
- Je bent proactief, resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans;
- Ons hoofdkantoor is gelegen in Hasselt, maar je werkt vooral op de verschillende locaties van onze 3 vestingen binnen de installatietak in België.
