Cybernetic Walrus is looking for a **Senior Unity Core System Developer** with a passion for writing efficient scalable code. Unity no longer has any secrets for you, thanks to your work experience on some released unity projects. This is not a remote position and requires you to be in our offices in Antwerp, Belgium at least 3 days a week.

Are you ready?

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead a small team of developers.
- Design and write efficient and scalable core systems.
- Creating production-ready, high quality code that can be easily maintained and shared.
- Architecting entire features, innovating and promoting best practices.
- Taking ownership/accountability for all aspects of a certain area of the game or codebase.
- Understanding and communicating the long term directions for both project and framework level code.
- Mentoring other team members.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Solid programming foundation (+5 years).
- Excellent C# and Unity skills.
- You have worked on multiple released games as a lead developer.
- Experienced with software development tool chains.

- Experience in console development, specifically Xbox and PlayStation.
- Experience with multiplayer development.
- Experience with XR development.
