A leading European Payroll and HR services is looking for a PMO within its Customer Excellence Division.

**Your tasks will consist of**:

- Managing various & complex IT Projects in a multi-vendor environment where you ensure proper monitoring of scope, budget and timing;
- Following a sound but agile project methodology based on the internationally recognized standard PMI.
- Maintaining active and open communication with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all parties involved;
- Guiding and supporting pre-sales processes where you as a project manager speak to the customer (internally & externally) in a pragmatic and professional manner;
- Reporting to the client and steering committee;
- Monitoring and contributing to an improvement of the processes;
- Promoting the project methodology within and outside the company as an ambassador.

**Must have**:

- **Min 3 years of experience in IT Project Management**:

- Be a strong communicator and have the necessary persuasiveness.
- Be professional, organizational and result-oriented.
- **Commercial and customer-friendly attitude **and are therefore able to build and maintain high customer confidence.
- **Very good verbal and written level of Dutch and French and acceptable in English.**:

- **Accepts to do Clients Visits 3 days/week.**:

- Available to start ASAP.
- **Currently living in Belgium.**

**Nice to have**:

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or other Certification.
- Experience in SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Change management experience.
- Experience or affinity with payroll and HR.
