**What You’ll Do**
- Translate & Drive: Turn client needs into actionable project goals for the technical team.
- Plan & Execute: Develop and manage project plans, resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Guardian of Standards: Ensure adherence to user, legal, ethical, and security requirements.
- Communication Pro: Organize and lead stakeholder meetings to keep everyone in the loop.
- Quality Gatekeeper: Review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Jira Jedi: Track and monitor project progress like a pro.
- Retrospective Leader: Lead post-project evaluations to capture insights and lessons learned.
- Mentor & Multiplier: Guide project team members and foster a collaborative team environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong experience working with agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing software and/or machine learning projects successfully.
- Exceptional team player and communicator, able to manage various stakeholders effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Jira (or equivalent) for project tracking and management.
- Ability to hold team members accountable for goals, and take responsibility for the work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Management, Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science).
- Results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt as projects evolve.

**Bonus Points**
- High-level familiarity with technologies such as Python, JavaScript frameworks, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, FastAPI), and agentic frameworks (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph).
- Familiarity with cloud concepts and environments.
- Experience in a company similar to Rollo.
