The main goal of C-biotech is to provide sustainable solutions for the building sector, cities and society as a whole. With hemp, C-biotech remediates historical contaminated soils (e.g. PFOS, heavy metals) in an ecological and natural way. We use this industrial hemp as a biorefinery to produce biomass that can be used in isolation materials, hempwood, cladding as well as in engineered solutions such as charging stations and traffic poles among others. This ways, we ensure that remediation also pays off for the farmer that cannot use contaminated land for harvesting crops.

Are you ready to spearhead cutting-edge projects in the bio-based economy sector? At C-biotech, we're looking for an (International and National) Project Manager to drive our projects forward, enhancing efficiency, quality, and innovation across borders.

**Your Role**:
**Leadership and Coordination**: Lead national and international projects in the bio-based economy from initial planning to final implementation.
**Team Guidance**: Manage project teams, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and milestones are met.
**Strategic Oversight**: Develop project timelines and budgets, meticulously document and report on progress, and ensure projects align with strategic partner expectations.
**Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. ️
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain robust communication with strategic partners to foster effective collaboration and satisfaction.
**Travel and Presence**: Frequently travel to project sites to oversee progress, resolve issues, and strengthen local team relationships. ✈️
**Commercial Acumen**: Leverage commercial skills to identify new opportunities and enhance customer relationships.
