**Functieomschrijving**:
As a Project Manager in the H2, Decarbonization & Industries team responsible to manage the development and implementation phases of decarbonization projects, including (pre-)feasibility, basic design/ FEED, design review and/or construction projects.

Tasks
- Manage all aspects of projects to ensure good execution to meet the objectives (external and internal) within the timeline and budget.
- Responsible to comply to our client’s project management requirements from administrative, organization, financial, etc. perspective. Liaise and collaborate with other supporting our client entities (Sales, Procurement, Project Control, etc.) to ensure all project management requirements (contracting, invoicing, archiving etc.) are fulfilled.
- Key interface (Point of Contact) for the project towards the client (and relevant stakeholders), providing necessary progress and results reporting as agreed, efficiently, effectively and of good quality. Responsible to ensure client’s satisfaction, forward-thinking and able to anticipate and identify client’s needs and come up with tailor-made solution.
- Coordinate and manage work and resource planning of your project team members (including subcontractors or partners), ensuring smooth execution of the project activities. Closely liaise with the team members and their managers in terms of resource prioritization.
- Be responsible to promote and foster positive involvement of the team members including ensuring good bidirectional communications between you and the team members, and among the team members.
- Provide the necessary reporting internally to the Product Manager, and relevant management teams in our client.
- Supports Product Manager, Sales and Business Development in acquiring new contracts for our client. This includes, among others, supports in preparing technical methodology and estimation of budgets for proposals for new assignments, and assisting in offer negotiations. Be able to develop a strategy to offer customized services to answer client’s needs that will position our client as preferred consultant or engineering firms.
- As part of the H2, Decarbonization and Industries, will look for continuous improvement in all processes and methodologies.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Master in engineering or a master of science in engineering (or equivalent by proven experiences).
- 5 years in project management/ coordination experience.
- Have excellent abilities to manage, organize and coordinate large multi-disciplinary complex projects with many stakeholders of different backgrounds.
- Experience in an international environment is a strong asset.
- Acute sense of responsibility with respect to project contractual delivery, project financials, project planning and knowledge sharing with colleagues.
- Excellent attitude to work as a team but are equivalently autonomous.
- Systematic & analytical approach.
- Goal driven, but is able to and not afraid to adapt your approach to execute your works to deliver the objectives. Ready to challenge the status-quo constructively.
- Customer-satisfaction must be part of your day-to-day vision. This includes internal customer which will be colleagues working in your project team.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn and broaden your knowledge with respect to the field of decarbonization solutions and associated equipment in particular.
- Open mind in learning other competence fields and show a general interest in all engineering disciplines.
- Dynamic personality and a proactive and innovative approach to work.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient knowledge of English. Additional language(s) knowledge is an asset.
- Flexible and open to missions abroad (mainly short-term missions).
