Industry Solution Project Manager

**Your challenge**:
As an industry solution project manager, you manage the design, development, and improvement process of one of our industry solutions. Your people, team, and project management skills help you manage projects, steering an international team of solution analysts, consultants, and engineers. The industry solution team develops and maintains its own functionality. It also acts as bridge between delivery teams and product development on projects.
You are responsible for:
- **Co-defining the yearly solution objectives**, resources, and master plan together with the solution manager and other stakeholders.
- Managing objectives, projects, and tasks for the team.
- Following-up on processes and methodologies for your industry solution team and improving them as necessary.
- **Adopting company standard processes** and methodologies when relevant.
- Carrying out the follow-up and **evaluations of team performance**.
- Following up the **training and onboarding plan** for new team members.
- Coordinating and aligning with regional industry country leads.
- Making master planning and following-up on solution sprint planning.
- **Mapping the industry solution roadmap** with the sprint and release priorities and plans.
**Your team**:
As our new Industry Solution Project Manager, you'll join **the Industry team**, as part of the Customer Solutions organization. The Industry team realizes the targets and strategies set in the industry business plans together with the Commercial and Delivery teams. The Industry team guides and supports the Commercial and Delivery teams with industry-specific commercial expertise, advice, and solutions.
**Your profile**:
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A university degree in engineering, business engineering, computer sciences, or similar.
- Over 1 year of experience in coaching, managing, and guiding teams through ICT projects.
- A talent for communication and management of people and teams.
- Proven project management skills.
- The ability to connect with different stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience working as a team-player in a global setting.
- A structured and pragmatic approach and a friendly and open attitude.
- A passion for working in a multinational customer-driven environment.
**Bonus points if you have**:
- Industry experience and/or knowledge in one of our key industries.
