**We are looking for a retail/sales Area Manager for our ONLY stores in the Walloon region**
You will work closely together with the Retail Manager, where your talent and drive for daily operations and retail management are essential. Next to that, you are the source of inspiration for our managers in the stores, you guide, coach and offer structure. Every day you are innovating to promote traffic, service and customer loyalty in the stores.

**What do we ask**:
As an Area Manager you will be responsible for creating the retail structure in parts of the Walloon region. You manage your stores based on your KPIs and you are responsible for growth and turnover together with the store managers. You are brimming with energy and enthusiasm. You know how to get the best out of yourself and the store managers every day. In addition to these activities, you are also busy recruiting and hiring new employees in collaboration with your store managers and our recruitment department.
- You understand the game of switching quickly in retail like no other
- You are a hunter and possess a high dose of scoring urge
- You like to respond to a rapidly changing environment
- You communicate fluently in French and English
