** More concretely, what will you do day-to-day?**:
As an Analytics Translator at Agilytic, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand the insights and opportunities that their data can provide. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex analytics concepts into plain language that everyone can understand. Your main responsibilities will be
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping to ensure that analytics insights are communicated clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand the data and analytics tools being used, and translate that information into terms that are easy for business stakeholders to understand.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify their analytics needs and help them develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Use data visualization tools and techniques to communicate analytics insights in a way that is easily digestible for business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics, and share your knowledge with the team and our clients.

**Do you recognize yourself?**:
**Your Background**
- You have a master's degree din Business Analytics, Management/Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Biology, or similar - There is no standard study background for data
- You are fluent in English and fluent in at least Dutch or French

**Your Professional Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data to drive business decisions.
- Strong understanding of data analytics concepts and tools, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python is a plus.

You may work on assignments anywhere in Belgium and neighboring countries like Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. You can expect to interact with IT/data specialists and business executives (marketing, process, customer care).

For instance, we won't train a neural network predicting marketing performance based on 1000 variables if a simple dashboard showing marketing
