Business Applications Analyst Production

You take the lead on the IT track within the projects in close collaboration with the other track leads and business stakeholders. You manage from A-Z all aspects within the projects to make it a success (project management, blueprint, validation with business, owner IT specifications, development, testing, documentation, training & support key-users)
- You are in charge of the documentation of the processes and systems in the interactive IT knowledge platform.
- You are able to keep the knowhow in the community secured and reinforced by giving trainings and updating the documentation
- You build a strong relation with the business stakeholders
- You can also take part in projects or changes outside these domains (for example warehouse, supply chain,)

You will work mostly from Ninove (LLBG headquarters) and Haaltert (Frozen BU HQ) and report to the Business Applications Manager for Plant Operations. You are part of the corporate IT team.
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- You have proven experience in ERP projects, processes & systems from an IT or business key-user role. Knowledge of SAP PP (or similar in other ERP systems) or SAP QM is a must. Knowledge on other modules (supply chain, warehouse,) or systems in these domains (QMS, LIMS, CAPA,) is a plus.
- You have a sincere interest in all roles & activities within production & quality.
- You have an analytical mind, process-oriented and you are a conceptual thinker.
- You have a hands-on and must-do mentality
- You are results
- and goal-oriented and never lose sight of deadlines.
- You are service-minded and you like to communicate in English with various stakeholders.
- You like to share knowledge and you are able to bring the message in a clear way to a broad audience.
- You like to broaden your knowledge and horizon to other domains
- Experience in change management is a plus
- You’re willing to travel in a frequent way (15%)
