Are you a, experienced and dynamic professional seeking a challenging opportunity in the field of Supply Planning and Masterdata? We have an exciting vacancy for a Supply Planning and Masterdata manager in Erpe-Mere.
As leader of your team, you will be responsible for optimizing short and mid-term supply planning processes and replenishment to a network of external warehouses, ensuring an optimal balance between service, cash, and cost. You’ll lead the transformation to go from reactive to proactive planning.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply /replenishment planning roles with focus to optimize the balance service - cost - cash.
- Experience in transforming planning from execution to proactive planning and actively manage inventory in a distribution network.
- Ability to define and implement processes including the governance of it.
- Knowledge of SAP, specifically MM, MRP parameters is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple internal and external functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills including statistical analysis
- PC Proficiency is a must - Excel, Datawarehouse,
- You’re responsible for the short and mid term supply planning of products sourced from other La Lorraine production plants and external vendors.
- You’re responsible for replenishment planning of the west-european network (multiple warehouses in different countries).
- You’re responsible for creation and mantinenance of the material masterdata in the network.
- You ensure to have the correct products in the right warehouse in order to serve our customers and optimize the service level to our customers.
- You lead, motivate and develop your team for the future transforming from reactive to proactive planning.
- You manage the stocks in the internal and external warehouses based on sales forecasts and define planning parameters while taking into account the shelf life. You determine the right planning strategy and parameters for each product per specific location in order to optimize the balance service - cash - cost.
- You manage the warehousing network actively, monitor the warehouse occupation and implement actions where needed. You optimise the logistic flows where possible.
- You work actively with the external warehouses, you’re their first contact person for the inbound process of the external warehouses. You make sure that systems are aligned at any point in time (EDI interface).
- You make sure that the assortment in the external warehouse is actively managed, aligned with sales and marketing.
- You develop, improve and document processes to support and improve the effectiveness of the Supply and Replenishment Planning including the needed governance for business critical processes.
- In case of structural shortage, you develop and communicate proactively allocation plans with the sales community.
- You act as an escalation level for impactful problems and make sure to actively communicate with all stakeholders.
