**ROLE**

To strengthen our Security Team, we are looking for an **Operational Security Officer**.

The consultant’s role is to help our clients in the configuration, administration & improvement their Identity & Access Management systems.

**The Operational Security Officer is active in various areas such as**:

- **
Management of the Active Directory & AD Azure**
- Configuration & Management of a new AD & AD Azure structure (incl. accounts, groups, GPOs )
- Migration of objects to the new structure
- Management of identities & security groups of the AD Azure
- **
Implementation & maintenance of Device Management**
- Configuration & Management of MS End-Point Manager at the levels of the users, devices & GPOs
- Migration of objective to the new structure
- Lifecycle management of devices within MS End-point manager (incl. configuration of antivirus, patching, vulnerability scans, EDR, hardening )
- **
Implementation & management of IAM / PAM procedures**
- Implementation & management of the IAM / PAM workflows within IAM & ITSM tools. Including
- Identity lifecycle
- Access requests
- Incident management
- **
Implementation & management of UAM**
- Ensure the correct execution of user account creation, change, deactivation
- Ensure the correct assignment / de
- assignment of users to roles (during onboarding, mutation, or departure)
- Build & manage an adequate process for managing user requests
- Manage the incident related to IAM
- Build & maintain the IAM role model (creation, modification, deletion)
- **
Management of access control**
- Execute periodic controls on accesses & identities (recertification) defined within procedures of Security office. Including:

- Recertification of identities
- Recertification of access
- Recertification of privilege access
- Recertification of functional & technical accounts
- Administration of the password vault tool

**Requirements**:
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor/Master’s degree (Computer Science) or other relevant professional experience that demonstrates your affinity with IT Security & Identity & Access Management
- Practical experience with tools used in the day-to-day management of security, including:

- Identity & access management tools (at least, AD, AD Azure)
- Patching management tools
- Antivirus
- Scripting tools (at least, Powershell).
- ITSM tools
- Team player, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (e.g. business, legal, HR, IT, security )
- Eager learner and receptive to new ideas, technologies, methodologies
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to perform translate complex topics in a clear, comprehensible communication to a broad audience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Excellent reporting skills
- A proven experience in IT servicing area is a plus
- A proven background in other Information Security & IT Servicing area is a plus (preferably demonstrated through experience or certifications e.g., ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP, ITIL)
- Excellent knowledge of English and fluency in French or Dutch (all 3 is considered a plus)
