Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

**Functieomschrijving**:
**You will be part of our client’s team responsible for Information Security Risk assessments, Information Security Risk and Audit follow-up, Information Security standards and the implementation of Information Security controls**.
- You will identify security protection objectives and metrics in line with our client’s strategic CISO plan and priorities;
- You will actively support the Information Security Management System in line with international standards;
- You will be responsible for the active follow-up and completion of the various CISO dashboards, and you will initiate the appropriate corrective measures;
- You will follow up the defined actions of internal and external ICT audits within our client’s ICT organization, and you will provide monthly feedback to ICT management and Internal Audit;
- You will be responsible for communicating, complying with and checking Policies, Standards, Procedures and Guidelines on Information Security and Data Protection;
- You will involve the security liaisons in implementing policies and standards and resolving incidents;
- You will be responsible for the operational coordination and management of one or more initiatives and projects within our clients Information Security Department;
- Within our client’s Cyber
- and Information Security Office, you will coordinate with other departments. You will work closely with ICT PMO to align with existing ICT project processes;
- You will assist in the preparation of quarterly reports on the CISO domains to our client’s executive committee;
- You will be responsible for drawing up, preparing and following up status reports on Information Security initiatives at senior management level and for reporting on security findings from the dashboards.

**Vereiste ervaring**:

- You have **at least a bachelor's degree**;
- You have **at least 2 years of relevant professional experience with Information Security Management Systems and ICT Risk Assessments;**:

- You have proven to be able to conduct objective risk assessments and you have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
- You are able to work independently and to coordinate with and report to different parties in a timely manner. You can easily adapt your communication to the person you have in front of you;
- You work in a structured manner and you can work on multiple tasks and projects in parallel;
- You are eager to stay informed on the latest developments in CISO domains and to proactively consider how these can be applied;
- **You have knowledge of ISO2700x standard, of security architecture and controls and of ICT processes and technology;**:

- Having knowledge of CISM, CISSP and/or CISA is a strong plus;
- You are **fluent in English, and you’re fluent in Dutch and/or French.**
