**Role : Finance Manager** **Location : Hybrid working from The Hague or Antwerp (2-3 days a week)** ***Competitive salary and benefits** **Are you ready to lead the Finance function of an ambitious B2B SaaS scale up?** You'll join us at the** start of an accelerated growth stage**, fuelled by dedicated B2B software investor, Fortino Capital. The beginning of an exciting new chapter, you will help **shape the future** of a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS scale up. Our proprietary GRC software platform is gaining traction, supporting over 14,000 users in 20 countries. With an annual growth rate exceeding 40% and a **vast market opportunity ahead, we’re just getting started**. **Reporting directly into the CEO** and representing Finance in the Management Team, you’ll have **full ownership and freedom to build and scale the function**, driving strategy, execution and everything in between. As the go-to for Finance, Legal, and HR, **your influence will go beyond numbers**—driving operational excellence and optimizing processes across the organization. Up for the challenge? Let’s talk **Here’s what you’ll do**: - ️ Prepare consolidated monthly group financials, incl. operational reporting with SaaS KPI; - Support the CEO with preparing materials for the quarterly board meetings; ️ Select and implement systems for invoicing, forecasting and accounting automation. Today we are using Exact and Bright Analytics. - Implement an analytical P&L, providing advanced cost accounting mapping; - Bring data-driven insights combined with a business mindset. - ✂️ Control and rechallenge direct and indirect costs across the business; - Ensure visibility & control of recurring and non-recurring revenues; - Oversee company headcount and related costs, proposing relevant systems and procedures; Play a critical role in the execution of our M&A strategy; - Leading finance and operational projects that impact the broader organization; **Does this sound like you?** - An advanced degree with a Finance/Business Administration orientation; Proven experience in accounting, financial processes and system implementation in a B2B SaaS environment. - Expertise in Excel and financial administration with excellent knowledge of formulas, charts and pivot tables Entrepreneurial and data-driven. - ️ A ‘get things done’ mindset.
