U ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van inkomende facturen, het coderen van facturen, de administratieve opvolging, de opvolging van de algemene boekhouding en de financiële informatie voor de panden in beheer:
Na een training waarin je de werkwijze van PHICAP in de vingers krijgt en de bedrijfsorganisatie leert kennen, krijg je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Controle en circulatie van inkomende facturen
- Coderen van facturen
- Administratief beheer van leveranciers
- Administratief beheer van huurders, aanmaningen en openstaande betalingen
- Het opstellen van wekelijkse leveranciersbetalingen
- Financiële planning: budgetten door opbouw en inrichting van kasstromen
UW PROFIEL
- Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als boekhouder of property accountant. Het is een pluspunt indien je het programma NETIKA beheert
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet en resultaatgericht
- Je bent een team-player
- Je beschikt over integriteit, eerlijkheid en ethiek
- Je bent gepassioneerd door vastgoed in het algemeen
- Je bent tweetalig NL/FR, kennis van het Engels is noodzakelijk
