**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to understand their unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Coach and mentor colleagues on cloud-native development best practices and technologies
- Work with C-level and stakeholder to get things done
- Collaborate with client’s stakeholders to understand their requirements and limitations
- Create a Statement of Work based on customer meetings
- Develop and refine the company’s service offerings
- Lead customer workshops and POCs to validate and explore cloud capabilities
- Develop technical architecture for customer engagements
- Ensure technical implementation meets customer requirements during engagements
- Provide guidance to consultants to ensure that project outputs comply with the overall architecture
- Confidently, clearly, and concisely communicate architectural decisions and reasoning to clients and management, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interact with clients throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Superb problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn new things every day and share what you learned
- Strong experience with.NET and related technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Bicep
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles and DevOps practices
