That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team - and that is where you come in We’re looking for a Franchise Manager to join our team of superstars at Too Good To Go in Belgium.
**Your mission**
As our Franchise Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Key Account leading a brand new team that will play a crucial role in growing our mission by pitching our amazing concept to our future franchise partners.
**As a Franchise Manager you will**:
- Work together with the Head of Key Account and our Key Account Managers to develop a strong and consistent franchise strategy and support on roll-out of key accounts
- Manage your own accounts (first months of the role)
- Develop and build a brand new team consisting of you and 2 franchise specialists: Using your in-depth knowledge and experience of different sales methodologies, you will ensure the team fulfil their potential and constantly train, coach, mentor and support them for peak sales performance.
- Set up and manage KPI’s (volume of leads, opportunities conversion rate, new saving stores, sale cycle and call performance) through data analysis and action plans built with the team.
- Research the landscape of franchises and support on the mapping of different opportunities
- Build strong cross team collaboration across departments to tackle franchise partnerships in the most effective way
- Collaborate with global functions to identify best practices from other countries and implement them in Belgium
- You’re an accomplished sales leader with sales management experience
- You are fully proficient in Dutch and French and fluent in English
- You love to do sales and to have an exceptional understanding of how to motivate and coach a team
- You have strong experience working and leading in sales. This has exposed you to different sales environments and methodologies that you can draw on to lead Too Good To Go’s sales team
- You are data-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions.
- You are experienced in using a CRM/Sales tool, Salesforce a major plus.
- You are a first-class and empathetic communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best in and empowering environment
- You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
- You have a true passion for sustainability - you understand the urgency of action for the planet.
