You will integrate in an international, scale-up type of environment (50+ employees - based in Leuven). Essensium NV is consisting of 2 autonomous divisions and the objective is to initiate, build and drive HR- and administrative processes for both divisions This role involves working closely together with the Finance Director and CEO to build a solid administration at all levels: payroll, finance, HR admin procedures, etc. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - **Invoicing and accounting in our ERP system ‘Odoo’** - Issue sales invoices, follow up on payments - Maintaining the company’s financial records - Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Reconcile bank statements - Report to Finance director - **Payroll** - Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information and have efficient payroll processes - Resolving payroll discrepancies and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures - Provide management reporting on regular basis - Work in close cooperation with our payroll partner - **General systems admin** - Interface with our insurance agencies, maintain the administrative requirements - Maintain administrative requirements for company cars and interface with the car leasing companies - **General admin related to the foreign subsidiaries** (UK, France) **SKILLS & COMPETENCES** - Good & efficient organizer and eye for detail - Basic knowledge in accounting - Versatile & no nonsense approach - Passion & drive to work in a fast growing dynamic company with a company culture based on mutual respect - Ability to work both independently ; with Discretion, integrity and professional attitude - Excellent written and oral communications skills in NL native language + good English **Want to join our team?
