For a temporary assignment due to a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a HR BP.
**Responsabilities include**:
- Personnel administration
- Coordinate recruitment activities at all stages (assessment of the need, definition of the role, welcome of new employees...)
- Identify training and development needs of employees
- Payroll administration in collaboration with the social secretary
- Coordination of HR projects
- Ensure the continuity of HR activities and projects in collaboration with the specific teams
- Be the point of contact for these different projects
- Collaboration with the site management and the management team
- Work closely with site management in providing HR expertise and support.
- Work closely with the leadership team on performance management and talent development initiatives to identify succession plans for key talent.
- Act as a key point of reference for all HR specific issues. Provide day-to-day guidance, assistance and support to management, supervisors and employees.
**Your Profile**:
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources
- You have a first conclusive experience in Human Resources and you are willing to understand the operational aspects of all HR processes
- You have a good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- You have an ability to adapt and are looking for a dynamic adventure with regular changes.
- You are fluent in English, which is a must for the position
- You are proactive, have a sense of initiative and can work independently
- You are assertive and empathetic
- This position is based at our Verviers site and is available for a fixed term.
