You will join a new squad focusing on an international Orange Group project: "Customer Centric Network". Are you the skilled profile we are currently looking for? **Your mission**: The Product Owner Data, as part of our Data Tribe ecosystem, will turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes aiming to deliver a customer centric Orange network and take data driven decisions based on real time and qualitative data. The Product Owner Data will be accountable for the final product quality, user experience, in-life performance management & future evolution of one (or more) data products. **Your responsibilities**: - Capture customer needs, identify most valuable features and continuously align product roadmap to strategic goals. - Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including epic, features, user stories and acceptance test criteria - Develop and maintain a prioritized data product backlog - Identify interdependencies with other products and connect with other product owners (digital, personalize customer experience, etc) to ensure a consistent and aligned delivery plan (cross squads) - Track the value created by Orange data products and data models - Ensure regular communication of product performance & evolution roadmap towards key management stakeholders. - Increase the awareness of the potential of our data among internal customers to inspire future business needs - Act as an ambassador for the product across the company and as the primary contact for queries related to the product **Your profile**: - University degree or equivalent experience (Marketing, Business, Economics ) - Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum organizational team - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders - Negotiating and influencing skills to deal with conflicting priorities - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. - High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to details - Stress resistant - Customer-minded - Languages: Fluent in English and in French or Dutch (an understanding of the second national language is required) **Specific expertise**: - Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies. - Excellent project management skills - Good general knowledge of data warehouse and big data concepts - Sharp understanding of how data can drive the business - The experience in mobile or fix network is a plus. **Discover our offer** A dynamic working environment where you can develop your full potential by working with highly skilled colleagues and through continuous training.
