Hays is looking for a **digital coach **for a client based in **Anderlecht**.

The main focus of the project will be on the training and coaching to team members for the adoption of new type of products (Viva Insights & other Microsoft products).

- Hybrid policy (2 days/week working from home)
**What will you do ?**
- Create content (campaigns, presentations, videos,...)
- Deliver workshops and training & coaching sessions
- Monitor the stakeholders and end-users
- Analyse data
- Help with definition of new change management activities
**Have you got...**
- Experience in change management and basic knowledge of Adkar ?
- The ability to listen carefully to stakeholders needs and advise them ?
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (mainly Viva Insights + the Office Suite and Teams) ?
