Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié durant les projets de développement lors des contacts avec les clients internes. Vous traduisez les besoins de ceux-ci en ‘requirements’ compréhensibles par l’équipe technique et vous vous assurez que celle-ci développe des outils répondant aux souhaits et besoins des utilisateurs finaux.

Quotidiennement, vous collaborez avec l’équipe des développeurs et remplissez un large éventail de tâches:

- Vous **analysez les processus** d’un service en particulier ou du département en général ;
- Vous **rassemblez les informations et données manquantes** nécessaires tout au long du processus de développement ;
- Vous **documentez l’analyse** à temps, de manière complète et correcte, en respectant les prescriptions et normes imposées ;
- Vous **proposez des protocoles de test**, les mettez en œuvre et les coordonnez
